Teaching Task Modeling

One of the main WG goals, consists in promoting task model usage, particularly for teaching. Participants are particularly concerned by using task models in interactive system design (from to user requirements to system evaluation). Three steps have been identified:

  1. Firstly, recording practices in task model teaching will allow building a global vision. This study will be extended as far as possible in the HCI community
  2. Secondly, a repository of exercise and case studies for teaching will be built, including as many participants as possible
  3. Thirdly, tools will be built to help teachers in their activity (course syllabus, corrected exercises, experience feedback in task model teaching)

A workshop will be organised during the next RJC-IHM évent. Audrey Serna, RJC-IHM organiser, will study this idea.
